My husband and I, along with ours kids frequent this place often. For the older kids the same rules apply to the arcade. One must have a valid id in order to check their child/ children in. There are games, crafts, softplay area etc. Kids can be checked in there for a couple to a few hours. There is a kids quest for the younger kids. I don't care for the outdoor pool because a lot of the parents smoke out there. There is a swim-up bar and a very nice tropical setting. The indoor pool is next to the workout facility.
I had to call for pillows three times before I got them. The beds will kill ones back and pillows are hard to come by in the North Tower.
I called for pillows and in less than five minutes I received them. It is equipped with flat screen tvs, refrigerator and comfortable beds. There is the Atrium(The newest updated part), The North tower(Fairly up to date), and the South Tower(the old run down part). There are three hotels to choose to stay.
